"TTK" is gaming shorthand for the amount of time needed to kill an opponent after effective damage begins. It is used as a technical-sounding but highly informal comparison point in discussions of weapons, balance, and combat feel. A very short TTK makes encounters seem immediate and unforgiving, while a longer one gives players more time to react or escape. The training dummy’s TTK was so short that it appeared to lose the fight before the player had finished loading into the map.
Game runs flawlessly on Linux, even with AMD CPU/GPU. Didn't play the original HLL so I can't compare, but so far its a really fun war sim. Gunplay is alot of fun, its not Insurgency levels of detailed but gunshots pack a punch and the TTK is almost immediate.
